Het lectoraat Professional Communication in a Digitalizing Society doet onderzoek naar de impact van digitalisering op professionele communicatie in verschillende beroepsdomeinen.
Zo onderzoeken we hoe kunstmatige intelligentie (bv. machinevertalingen en chatbots) effectief kan worden ingezet om de communicatie van organisaties met hun stakeholders te verbeteren.
